You'll help ensure every stop is completed safely by serving as the Driver's spotter during all backing maneuvers, identifying potential hazards, and supporting efficient route completion."},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nWhat You'll Do","attributes":{"bold":true}},{"insert":"\n\n"},{"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"\nPartner with a Driver to safely collect residential, commercial, and industrial waste and recyclable materials."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nSafely lift, move, empty, and load carts, containers, bags, and other collection receptacles into collection vehicles."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nServe as the Driver's spotter during every backing maneuver by exiting the vehicle, positioning yourself safely, and providing continuous visual guidance until the backing maneuver is complete."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nMaintain awareness of traffic, pedestrians, overhead obstructions, and other potential hazards while helping ensure safe operations throughout the route."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nAssist with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report equipment or safety concerns."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nProvide friendly, professional customer service while interacting with customers and the public."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety policies and procedures."},{"insert":"\n","attributes":{"list":"bullet"}},{"insert":"\nAt Coastal, we win as a team.
